Does it hurt? How does it feel?

A topical numbing cream is applied carefully by your technician before the treatment itself. You may experience a tingling sensation. Remember this device is creating micro injuries to the skin so you may feel slight pain. This is why we apply the numbing agent.

What’s the downtime? How often do I need to come in?

Depending on the individuals skin condition and the depth of the needle that is used, some patients can experience 2-7 days of healing. You should expect some redness and skin sensitivity for this time However, this completely varies on the patient and their skin conditions. You will be sent home with post care instructions from your technician to ensure you heal well and obtain the best results, as well as follow up call from your tech.
