A delve beneath the surface of Dr. Scudamore’s history unearths a true depth of character that one would never imagine; a career full of groundbreaking firsts, awards, accolades and a CV that reads like an anthology of greatest hits which includes an Order of B.C. & Queen Elizabeth II Diamond Jubilee Medal on the set list.

Dr. Scudamore began his symphonic career at the University of British Columbia where he obtained his B.Sc., M.D. and M.Sc. in surgery. His passion for aesthetic medicine, cosmetic surgery combined with the eyes, mind and hands for precision had his life path destined for plastic surgery. Fortunately for the many people Dr. Scudamore has helped in the last 40 years, a change of fate had him hold that passion a fermata like a beautiful note before the next grand movement. The next grand movement for Dr. Scudamore’s was to utilize his talents for advanced surgery.

A successful career as the lead surgeon at Vancouver General Hospital, an Associate Professor at the University of British Columbia, fellowship with the Royal College of Physicians (FRCP), American College of Surgeons (FACS), Royal College of Surgeons of Canada (FRCSC), and numerous publications has earned Dr. Scudamore the freedom to return to his original love of aesthetic medicine for his finale. Returning with an experienced, yet fresh perspective, and the ability to transcend the superficial to deliver beautifully executed results.

Dr. Megan graduated from Simon Fraser University in 2012 with a Bachelor of Science in Molecular Biology and Biochemistry. Her love of science, health, beauty and living an active lifestyle, as well as challenges with her own health inspired her interest in nutrition which lead her to follow her dream career of becoming a Naturopathic Physician.

She graduated from the Sonoran University of Health Sciences in Tempe, Arizona. She has completed certifications in Advanced Injection Therapies including; Prolotherapy and PRP injections, Medical Aesthetics (neurotoxins, PRP facials, microneedling and dermal fillers), as well as extracurricular courses focusing on Women’s Health and Bio-identical Hormone Replacement Therapies.

Dr. Megan is passionate about helping women look and feel their best by treating both their health with a functional medicine approach and using a natural approach to medical aesthetics to enhance and preserve their individual beauty. 

Dr. Megan loves educating her patients on both internal and external approaches to beauty and longevity, spending ample time with her patients discussing their wellness and anti-aging goals.

Geelda has been passionate about beauty, health and wellness for many years leading up to her becoming a Certified Medical Aesthetician/Laser Technician. With 10 years of customer service experience and 4+ years in the aesthetics industry, her main goal is to help people find solutions to their skin issues. Being someone who struggled with skin herself, she knows what it’s like to feel insecure and hopeful to find a long-term solution to have healthy, glowing skin. 

Skin health is never a one-size-fits-all, and the key is finding the root cause of the problem. She has a more holistic approach when it comes to healing the skin (internal and external factors). During your consultation, she will come up with a personalized treatment plan (both in clinic and at home protocol) to bring you long lasting results. She specializes in products and can build the perfect routine based on your skin type and concerns. Her favorite treatment at AE.R is the Vampire Facial (microneedling + PRP). 

Outside of AE.R, she loves travelling, hiking, and is a fragrance connoisseur.
