Shipping + Refund Policy
Your order will be shipped as soon as possible. Normal shipping time is 48 to 72 hours. No order can be cancelled once it has been shipped.
Your items will be delivered within:
1 to 2 weeks within Canada & USA.
2 to 3 weeks for European countries.
3 to 5 weeks for the rest of the World.
If a momentary out-of-stock condition of a product occurs, the delivery time could be a little longer. If this is the case, our team will send you a message to offer you either a credit or a refund.
The customer must check the conformity of the goods delivered at the time of receipt and before signing the carrier's delivery note.
DUTIES AND TAXES
We offer free standard shipping on all orders, but the customs tax on international shipments can be applied depending on your country and are the customer’s responsibility.
Our policy lasts 30 days. If 30 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately, we can’t offer you an exchange. We do not provide refunds once purchases have been made.
To be eligible for an exchange, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.
To complete your exchange, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.
* Any item not in its original condition, is damaged or missing parts for reasons not due to our error, will not be refunded.
EXCHANGES (if applicable)
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, please contact us.
You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you may vary.
If you are shipping an item over $75, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
