Injectable

With the popularity of Brazilian Butt Lifts (BBL) on the rise, more and more women are looking at undergoing these procedures. Surgical methods are much higher risk, but now with hyaluronic acid HA injections, there are other options. Whether it be shape, cellulite or size concerns, there are tailored programs we can offer at AE.R.

The advantage of HA fillers for lifting is a natural plump look. Implants and other methods can look "detached" from the body or can be difficult to obtain the requirements needed for a successful procedure.

Who is the ideal candidate?

Someone that wants lifting, plumping, subtle increase, contour and reshape of the buttocks, smoothing of cellulite areas as well.

What is the downtime?

There can be swelling for the first 3-4 days and it may appear and feel lumpy at first. It is recommended that you sleep on your front to alleviate the stress on the injected areas.

Threadlift

Threadlifting is a cosmetic procedure that lifts and separates tissues for up to 2-3 years. This technique pulls and lifts the buttocks. With many treatable areas to the face/body, Dr.Scudamore is really able to tailor treatment to each individuals needs.

This procedure uses different threads that vary in diameter, length and barbs. (Barbs are what hold tissue in place.) Theadlifting is a part of an integrated cosmetic treatment plan, the results are best maintained when combined with other treatments such as PRP and body fillers.

This procedure is used to create a lifted, and fuller looking appearance of the buttocks. For your comfort, anesthesia is injected and applied topically to the skin’s surface. Then, the threads are inserted under the skin (the thread pass through the fat that lives between the skin and muscle) and is then pulled from the insertion point through to the ending point

To avoid complications, it is important that the threads are not placed too superficially or too deep.

After the first four to six months, the threads will begin to resorb (no need to worry, it’s completely safe). As they break down, collagen forms to add volume that lasts upwards of two years!

Does it hurt? 

We use a specifically designed needle to perform the procedure and insert the threads into the skin. Numbing cream is applied to ensure patient comfort. However, patients may still experience some mild discomfort during treatment. Bruising and swelling can also occur.

Lidocaine injection is available for pain management as well.

How soon will I see results?

Initial results take a few weeks to notice, and the full effect is visible after a few months.
