The world renown Fotona4D® treatment is a 4 in 1 procedure. This treatment uses innovative, multi-laser skin resurfacing technology. Fotona’s Er:YAG and Nd:YAG wavelengths are applied in 4 different modes to work on a deeper, medical and superficial structures of the skin. This treatment contains four steps. 

Step 1 (SmoothLiftin™) is a painless treatment that actually goes inside the mouth and provides a plumping effects well as improving tightness and elasticity of the skin, targeting the marionette lines. (Smile lines)

Step 2 (FRAC3®) is a fast and effective laser that helps restore youthful texture using a fractional laser. This step will target deeper imperfections such as sun spots or deep texture. 

Step 3  (PIANO®)involves heating the skin and concentrating energy to the treated area, resulting in a plumper, smoother effect tot he skin. 

Step 4 (SupErficial™) The step is used as a light exfoliation, resulting in healthier, smoother, brighter looking skin that provides a noticeable glow.

Treatment Intervals: Clients will typically receive 4 treatments, 4 weeks apart, depending on treatment goals.

Does it hurt? This treatment should not hurt, its known to be quite comfortable or relaxing. The only time that might be sensitive to the skin is step 3 and 4, depending on patient pain tolerance, as we are exfoliating and targeting pigment. 

How long does it take to see results? For most patients, results can be seen almost immediately, however the final results will begin to appear gradually over 2-3 months with your skin continually showing improvement.

Is there any downtime? There is no downtime to this treatment, you may experience some redness and swelling for the first 24 hours, but you can return back to normal activities almost right away. Just make sure you’re wearing sunscreen and avoid any active ingredients in your skincare for 1 week.
